The turnkey projects department is in charge of design, planning, carrying out and managing the construction hotels projects, and specialized in restructuring.
We have a specialized department responsible for managing any type of project like rooms, common zones, restaurants or bars. Where every project is personalized and custom-made, and this allows us to adapt to hotels necessities without renounce to design and allowing that every project is special and taking care of every detail.
Thanks to our hotel experience, we perfectly understand the hotel necessities and we work to adapt design, time and logistics to every project in to the aim of making in the best way we can do it.
The construction is supervised continuously, in this way we claim in times and finished are those expected. We form a specialized team in electrical and plumbing, plasterboard, building work, painters until our carpentry teams, that allow us to control the construction rhythm and help to hotel with a unique ROJAS representative’s in charge of the reconstruction.
Furthermore, we have a specialized interior designers’ team in charge of designing a project for every hotel depending on which kind of change hotel property would like to do. Thanks to different agreements between the most important brands we could work in lighting, textile, curtain, facing, electrical mechanisms, etc. We offer an integral solution for every project.
